Thinking of You - Happy Valentine's Day Card

Hello my dear HEARTS!
I have a fun card to share with you today.
Here she is:

I recently became a 'content creator' for This Calls For Confetti & I have to tell you, this new release of theirs is so fun.😄

It has love themed items and coffee themed ones!  It is a win win either choice you go with 💕🍵!

For this card, I diecut the word 'LOVE' (a Pretty Pink Posh die) into the center of one of the red paper sheet(s); found in the LOVE 6x6 Paper Pack.
I glued the negative space from the 'O' middle (after aligning it up) onto a sheet of mixed hued hearts from the paper pack; after I positioned/glued it to an A2--landscaped fold-- sized card. Reason being, so one could see it once the top of the shaker was in place and I find it to be esthetically pleasing to see the middle of an 'O'!

close up of the top sentiment & heart underlay & the 'O' middle!

I knew I wanted to make a shaker because @thiscallsfor_confetti (TCFC) had released a whimsical mix I wanted to showcase:  The Sweetest Kiss Mix. The Bright ones - Red sequins are also included inside the shaker.
I think those little lips in the sweetest kiss mix are so fun! SMACK👄

The acetate panel was glued directly to the undersized of the red panel. Next, I used a double layer of TCFC's Doubled-sided Adhesive Foam Strips to pop up the top layer of the shaker so the bits would have enough room to move around inside.  I also prepped the shaker area with the It's No Secret Anti Static Tool to minimize the stickiness of the foam-thus making the bits move freer.
Then the tricky part, attaching the shaker to the card base.  I spread a bit of glue atop the foam so that I would have a bit of wiggle room when pressing it down.
Phew, it worked out a-okay.  There are always the moments when one wonders though, 'will it look all right once attached to the panel????'

The sentiment in silver and the hearts underneath were cut from a Whimsy Stamps slimline die named 'Heartbeats'.
The 'Happy Valentine's Day' sentiment was stamped & embossed in Primary purple orchid WOW embossing powder and then heat set.

Thinking of You Card
Viola!, it was complete.

If you decide to do some shopping in the This Calls For Confetti Store, and they are having a sale by the way, please consider using this affiliate link https://shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=2056671&u=2211065&m=126391&urllink=&afftrack=   I sure would appreciate it a lot!

Hope you are warm and dry where you are.  Here in Texas, it is a chilly 35 degrees and the winds are up to 50+ mph.  Can you imagine?!
Perhaps if you start thinking of a loved one, your heart will warm you up!
Crafty hugs peeps, xo LIZARD xo
