Happy Halloween-Mummies night out!

Today I have a post for you-A kind of Phunny Post in my opinion ;).

Here is my finished card:

I started off by stamping the mummy and the coffin onto some Neenah cardstock in black memento ink.  I next colored in the mummy and the coffin with copic markers.
Mummy:  E000, E00, E42, E43,E53, E71
Coffin:  R89, R59, R39, R29, R46, & BV29 on the edge
Skin: E00 and E43

The scene looked like it needed something; so I added some bricks to the inside of the pyramid crypt.  I used a stencil from HoneyBee stamps to do so and I used weathered wood and tea dye distress inks.  Then I fussy cut out the image.  To give the card dimension, I placed foam dots on the back because I knew I wanted to pop this up on the panel.

The panel was die cut with the Memory Box Pinpoint Rectangle Layers die.  If you look closely in the above photo, you can see the details on the edges of the panel.  However, when I went to put the image down onto the panel; it still looked like it was missing something to me.  I suppose I am not one for a lot of white space!

I had a stencil from Kindred stamps, and I used it to create the drips of royal blood on the top of the card.  I used the seedless preserves at the bottom of the drips and wilted violet at the top.  Then I covered it in clear embossing powder and heat set it.  Prior to adding the embossing powder, I put the sentiment, Happy Halloween in the top left portion of the panel.  By the way, I did not use my anti static tool here (like I normally do) because I figured if there was stray powder, it would add to the creepy effect!!!

So that is my post for today!  Thanks for popping on by to say hi!  Crafty hugs to all!  Cheers, LIZARD xo
